It's official: the hybrid model Honda CR-Z, which premiered in 2007 at the Toyko Motor show and is now available across the globe, is among the six finalists for Wheels magazine's "Car of the Year" award. Powered by a 1.5 litre petrol engine  that works in tandem with nickel0metal hydride battery technology, this Honda has been described as innovative and refreshing.

Since the major floods Thailand have ended, many industries have noticed stalls in production because of damage from the natural disaster. After over a month of rebuilding, some Honda facilities are up and running according to Reuters.

Honda Motors has started up production of some products, including motorcycles and power equipment. These are located at the Thai Honda Manufacturing Co Ltd on Lat Krabang estate. No major flood damage was reported there. Work began again…
